Repositioning Juice: The story behind the rebrand

Five years ago, we started Juice with a simple mission: make great websites for startups using Webflow.

We were hands-on from day one — designing, building, refining — helping founders bring their ideas to life quickly and beautifully. Over time, we found ourselves working with not just early-stage startups, but some of the biggest names in tech, entertainment, and finance: Upwork, Wiz, Formula 1, LiveNation, Nuvei, and more.

We pushed Webflow to its limits, won awards, earned respect as a top enterprise agency, and built things we’re still proud of today.

But somewhere along the way, something felt… off.

We started to notice a disconnect. We were pouring craft and creativity into our work — sweating every detail — but delivering to clients who just needed “a website, fast.” No judgment. But it wasn’t what we set out to do.

Losing and Finding Ourselves

We’ve always been obsessed with design — the typography, the rhythm, the story behind every interaction, the way illustrations bring personality, and how layout guides the experience. We cared about the vibe as much as the visuals — about creating something people could feel, not just use.

That obsession carried us through hundreds of projects. And in the chaos of building fast, delivering value, and keeping momentum for our clients, we didn’t always pause to ask if the work we were doing reflected the kind of studio we wanted to be.

We were moving so quickly, we forgot to look up.

Then somewhere in early 2024, it finally hit us. We’d built a reputation for shipping beautiful, functional websites — but we weren’t carving out space for the kind of deep, strategic, design-led work we knew we were capable of.

It wasn’t a dramatic turning point. No grand declaration. More like a quiet, internal shift — a refreshment ;) of Juice.

We realized we needed to speak up about what really mattered to us. Creativity. Craft. The kind of design that solves real problems and makes people feel something. Not just for the sake of beauty, but for clarity, resonance, and meaning.

That realization didn’t mean walking away from our roots — it meant building on them with more intention. It meant being bold about what we stand for, and who we’re best built to serve.

Repositioning Juice

When we started Juice, we positioned ourselves as a Webflow agency. It made sense — we were fast, nimble, and knew how to push the platform well past its limits.

But as our projects evolved, so did our vision. We weren’t just launching sites. We were helping brands define their story, build their identity, and design rich experiences across web and beyond.

At some point, being seen only as a “Webflow agency” felt out of sync with the direction we were growing.

So we redefined what Juice could be — not just a team that builds websites, but a creative partner who can craft brand worlds and develop the platforms to support them.

Today, we’re a creative branding & web agency — one that blends deep design craft with modern development.

Sometimes that means building a bold visual identity or designing a rich content experience. Other times, it’s a marketing site in Webflow — or something more advanced, like a headless CMS in Next.js or a 3D interaction that brings the brand to life.

We still move fast when it makes sense — but the work has evolved. We're not just delivering websites; we're building brands, shaping narratives, and designing systems built to last.

Because creativity doesn’t start with a platform. It starts with a clear point of view — and a team that knows how to bring it to life with purpose.

Introducing the New Juice

When we decided to reposition the agency, we knew the brand had to evolve with it.

This wasn’t just a visual refresh — it was a chance to build a creative universe we could truly live in. Gritty, raw, crafted, expressive, and a little unexpected. A brand that feels human and intentionally imperfect in all the right ways.

We worked closely with our new Creative Director, Pierre, to bring the vision to life. His taste and ability to translate big ideas into something visual helped us shape a system that’s both refined and flexible — built to evolve alongside the studio.

There are nods to our roots in Orlando. A logo that balances play and precision. A color palette that feels bold without being loud. And a visual system that holds space for the kind of work we love to do — with soul, not just style.

What's Next for Juice

This wasn’t about becoming something new — it was about getting back to who we’ve always been.

An agency that leads with creativity. Obsessed with design. Thoughtful about the technology behind it. Focused on doing work that actually matters — to our clients, to their audiences, and to us.

We’re still working with founders and teams who care about the details. Just with more clarity, and a lot more intention.

Thank you for following along with us—we can’t wait to share what’s next.
